These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Qubitron CRM’s services (“Services”) provided through www.qubitroncrm.com (“Website”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Qubitron CRM’s services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Services
Qubitron CRM provides reselling services. These Services include CRM solutions, automation tools, marketing, and website development.
3. Account Registration
To use certain Services, you must register for an account with Qubitron CRM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
By subscribing to Qubitron CRM’s Services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Qubitron CRM to charge your payment method for the Services. The following details outline the costs and billing terms:
• Essential Plan: $549 per month
• Pro Plan: $1999 per month
• Custom Plan:
Pricing for the Custom Plan is based on the size of your company and the number of employees. For more details, please contact us directly at support@qubitroncrm.com for a customized quote.
• Pay-Per-Use Fees:
In addition to the subscription plans, Qubitron CRM charges on a pay-per-use basis for certain services. These fees may apply to [specific actions, such as emails sent, users added, workflows triggered, etc.]. Fees are charged based on your actual usage and will be billed accordingly.
• Billing Cycle:
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Charges will be processed automatically on your renewal date unless you cancel prior to the renewal. You will be billed for your subscription plan and any pay-per-use services on a monthly cycle or when your balance reaches the minimum recommended by yourself.
• Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you must provide Qubitron CRM with at least 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made thereafter. Cancellations can be requested by contacting support@qubitroncrm.com.
• Pricing Changes:
All subscription prices and pay-per-use fees are subject to change at any time. You will be notified of any price increases before your next billing cycle.
• Refund Policy:
Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where services were not provided or as required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. If we are unable to process your payment, access to the Services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
5. Use of Services
You may only use the Services for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to:
• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Qubitron CRM’s platform.
• Use the Services to store or transmit any illegal or harmful content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Website and within the Services are owned by Qubitron CRM or its licensors. Any third-party logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property used within the Services or Website are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or under fair use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or business purposes, but no ownership rights are transferred.
7. Termination
Qubitron CRM may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion for violating these Terms or engaging in any illegal or harmful activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitations of Liability
Qubitron CRM is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qubitron CRM and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
Qubitron CRM may modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in West Virginia.
13. Free Website Offer Terms
The Free Website offer is contingent upon the customer purchasing and maintaining a subscription to the Qubitron marketing platform at $297, $549 or $1,999 per month. The free website is provided as part of the marketing service package and is not available without an active subscription to the marketing platform. If the customer cancels or discontinues the marketing service subscription, the free website offer will be revoked, and the customer may be required to pay for the website at standard pricing.
